Section 1. Scope and Acceptance
1.1 This agreement is entered into between you and LetsVPN for account registration, login, identity recognition, account management, account security, cancellation, and related account services.
1.2 This agreement applies to LetsVPN websites, clients, account systems, and other product pages or feature entries that refer to this agreement.
1.3 Operation prompts, privacy policies, payment descriptions, help content, notices, and later rules related to account services form supplementary terms of this agreement and have the same effect.
1.4 By completing registration, signing in, confirming agreement, submitting information, binding a device, using account services, or continuing to use related functions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
1.5 If you do not agree with all or part of this agreement, you should stop registering, signing in, or using account-related services.
Section 2. Registration Eligibility
2.1 You confirm that, when registering or using account services, you have the legal capacity required to enter into this agreement and independently bear the legal consequences of your registration, login, and use.
2.2 If you do not have full legal capacity, you should register and use LetsVPN account services only with the consent, guidance, and supervision of a legal guardian.
2.3 If you register or use an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the entity agrees to comply with this agreement.
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that the laws and rules in your location allow you to access, register for, and use the relevant services. If local rules, network conditions, or platform requirements prevent use, you are responsible for making that judgment.
Section 3. Registration Information and Identity Accuracy
3.1 The email address, phone number, verification code, device information, payment information, or other materials you submit during registration, login, verification, or account binding should be true, lawful, valid, and belong to you or an entity you are authorized to represent.
3.2 You may not register an account using a false identity, another person’s information, stolen third-party materials, fabricated information, abnormal temporary information, or any other improper method.
3.3 You should update account information when it changes, so that account verification, subscription recognition, risk handling, and support services are not affected by outdated or incomplete information.
3.4 If LetsVPN has reasonable grounds to believe that the information you submitted is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or risky, LetsVPN may require additional materials, conduct verification, suspend registration, restrict account functions, or take other necessary measures.
Section 4. Account Use and Safeguarding
4.1 After successful registration, you obtain the right to use the relevant account. This right is limited to you or the lawfully authorized entity.
4.2 Without written permission from LetsVPN, you may not rent, lend, sell, transfer, share, sublicense, or otherwise provide the account in a way that may undermine account security, control, or identity recognition.
4.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification codes, verification devices, login credentials, subscription information, and other identity-related information, and for all operations performed under the account.
4.4 Losses caused by improper safekeeping, credential leakage, voluntary sharing, trusting third parties, logging in under unsafe conditions, device compromise, or other reasons attributable to you shall be borne by you unless otherwise required by law.
4.5 If you discover abnormal login, unauthorized use, credential leakage, device loss, or other security risks, you should immediately change your password, sign out risky sessions, stop risky actions, and contact LetsVPN through available support channels.
Section 5. User Obligations and Conduct Rules
5.1 You should use registered accounts lawfully, compliantly, and reasonably. You may not use accounts for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, abuse of service resources, disruption of service order, or threats to network security.
5.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- batch registration, scripted registration, credential stuffing, account theft, sharing black-market resources, or organizing abnormal registration activity;
- using accounts to bypass platform limits, evade security mechanisms, attack, probe, scrape, interfere with, or damage systems;
- using false identities, forged materials, another person’s information, or methods that bypass verification procedures to obtain accounts;
- using accounts to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, reputation, trade secrets, or other lawful rights of LetsVPN, other users, or third parties;
- registering, signing in, requesting, accessing, or using services in abnormal, high-frequency, automated, batch, or unreasonable ways;
- reselling, sharing, renting, lending, or using accounts to conduct activity that violates laws, platform rules, or this agreement.
5.3 You are responsible for determining whether your account use is lawful, compliant, and reasonable based on your location, platform rules, network service terms, and intended use.
Section 6. Account Security and Risk Handling
6.1 To maintain account security and service order, LetsVPN may conduct necessary checks based on risk identification, abnormal behavior detection, identity verification, system alerts, complaints, or security strategies.
6.2 If an account shows abnormal registration, abnormal login, frequent device switching, suspected theft, suspected sharing abuse, payment anomalies, agreement violations, or other security risks, LetsVPN may take verification, restriction, freezing, suspension, partial termination, or other necessary measures.
6.3 Before an abnormal risk is removed, LetsVPN may temporarily restrict part or all account functions. These restrictions may affect login, connection, subscription recognition, device binding, payment, or account cancellation.
6.4 You should cooperate with necessary identity confirmation, risk verification, or material submission. Refusal to cooperate, failure to verify identity, or submission of abnormal information may prevent account services from being restored.
Section 7. Account Changes, Suspension and Cancellation
7.1 Subject to service rules, account security requirements, and applicable laws, you may request changes to account information, update bound information, suspend an account, or start an account cancellation process.
7.2 Before account cancellation, you should confirm whether the account has unfinished orders, active subscriptions, unresolved disputes, unused benefits, device bindings, abnormal risks, or other matters that must be handled first.
7.3 After account cancellation, login access, historical benefits, part of service eligibility, account records, device bindings, subscription recognition, or related data may not be recoverable. You should confirm carefully before proceeding.
7.4 If an account involves unfinished orders, billing disputes, violation investigations, abnormal risks, unfulfilled legal obligations, or other matters that reasonably require retention, LetsVPN may postpone or reject the cancellation request until the relevant matters are resolved.
7.5 Account suspension or cancellation does not affect responsibilities, payment obligations, violation handling, dispute resolution, or information that must be retained under law arising before suspension or cancellation.
Section 8. LetsVPN Rights and Responsibility Boundaries
8.1 LetsVPN may change account systems, verification methods, login processes, device binding rules, cancellation processes, and related operations based on laws, compliance requirements, business arrangements, security strategies, account risk control, product upgrades, or service adjustments.
8.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, LetsVPN is not responsible beyond the legally required scope for registration failure, verification delay, login abnormality, subscription recognition issues, or data loss caused by network failures, device issues, third-party service interruptions, system maintenance, payment channel issues, force majeure, or user-side causes.
8.3 LetsVPN will handle account-related information according to applicable law and agreement terms, but account security requires both the user and service provider to take reasonable care. You should protect login credentials and avoid entering account information on untrusted devices, networks, or pages.
8.4 Disputes, penalties, claims, losses, or liabilities caused by your violation of this agreement, laws, platform rules, or third-party rights shall be borne by you unless otherwise required by law.
Section 9. Agreement Updates and Effectiveness
9.1 LetsVPN may revise this agreement based on legal or policy changes, product upgrades, account security requirements, service adjustments, or management needs.
9.2 The updated agreement will be published through website pages, client prompts, announcements, emails, or other reasonable methods, and will take effect from the publication date or the stated effective date.
9.3 After the agreement is updated, if you continue to register, sign in, bind an account, use account functions, or use related services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the revised agreement.
9.4 If you do not agree to the updated agreement, you should stop using account-related services and may apply for account cancellation or stop related functions according to applicable rules.
Section 10. Governing Law and Contact
10.1 The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, without violating mandatory legal provisions.
10.2 If a dispute arises between you and LetsVPN regarding account registration, login, management, cancellation, or performance of this agreement, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation.
10.3 If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, either party may submit the matter to a competent authority or forum according to applicable law and relevant rules.
