  5. Feedback and support information: When you submit issue descriptions, screenshots, logs, emails, or chat records, LetsVPN may process the problem details, reproduction steps, device environment, visible errors, and attachments you provide.

LetsVPN does not require you to provide sensitive information unrelated to the service. Please avoid submitting identity document numbers, bank card passwords, payment verification codes, private communications, or other unnecessary sensitive information in feedback, email, or chat content.

When third-party processing is involved, LetsVPN will require the relevant party to process personal information according to agreed purposes, processing scope, confidentiality obligations, and security requirements.

LetsVPN may use cookies or similar technologies in website services to support basic page functions, remember preferences, improve access experience, measure site usage, identify abnormal requests, and improve service availability.

You can manage or clear cookies through browser settings. If cookies are disabled or restricted, some page functions, login states, language preferences, or statistical features may be affected.
